GIBAS III Captain's Logs

Captain’s Log
Thursday, November 17, 2016

Today was the twelfth day since the launch of the Gibas III-- also the end of the estimated battery life of the audio beacon. The battery of the GPS has been dead for several days, but without much consequence, as it was not transmitting data anyway.

There have been no sightings and no contact made regarding the whereabouts of our craft. However, an article published in the Athens News today may be of some help in recruiting assistance in our search. We will continue to spread word of our investigation and hope for the safe return of our craft. However, without any information on a possible landing, we can assume until further notice that the Gibas III has reached beyond the stratosphere and may very well remain in orbit.
