GIBAS I Flight Path

The GIBAS I was launched from Radar Hill in Athens, Ohio at 9:43 am on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. The craft arrived in Washinton, Pennsylvania at approximately 1:35 pm and was carried by heavy winds until it arrived in it's final resting space along US-40. With support from local Communications Ambassador Sam Mankey, the GIBAS I was recovered from the yard of Neal Wescott, who returned the crafts equipment to ground control.
